Dr. Paula Stiernberg spent over ten years as a teacher and administrator in public schools, primarily in middle and high schools. She has helped families establish routines that help children meet academic and behavioral goals in the school setting that translate into appropriate behaviors at home, as well. By addressing all of the major areas of a child’s development, including the often overlooked spiritual component, Dr. Stiernberg has been able to help families attain their individual goals, whether it is to redirect inappropriate behaviors, increase a child’s ability to calm body and mind or establish routines that help the whole family function more smoothly as a unit.
